I am a strong believer in coaching mindset. In my individual and group coaching as well as in trainings I support people’s own reflection and help them to get new insights and inspiration – this is enabled by creating an open, appreciative and inclusive
atmosphere where participants can openly share and be authentic themselves.

My group trainings are practical and provide participants with concrete tools that they can easily start applying in their daily work. 

I have gained my extensive knowledge and experience through working over 20 years in various HR roles, in 2016-2024 in KONE Corporation as a leader and member of a leadership team. The last 10 years I have been mainly focusing on competence development related responsibilities and before that in other HR areas. My coaching expertise is based on Henley Business School’s Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching that I have complemented with Henley Business School’s Postgraduate Certificate in The Coaching for Behavioural Change. I gained valuable practical experience about coaching also in KONE where I hold a role of an internal coach.

I am also a certified WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ consultant. WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ is an efficient individual and team profiling tool based on modern personality research, which an increasing number of organizations worldwide and in Finland are adopting. It is a reliable and user-friendly tool, specifically tailored for the workplace, that identifies and describes an individual’s natural behaviors and comfort zones. The tool adds value to individual coaching as well as team development, for example, by enhancing employees’ and leaders’ self-awareness, supporting the leadership teams’ development, and helping to optimize the building of teams and management teams by leveraging the strengths of different personalities.
